B&W Birthday

One of the cards made for hubby's birthday

I made simple B&W stripes (and W&B' lol)  for the background - hand cut the letters - added a greeting - twas a bit of a fiddle getting the stripes lined up , but otherwise...simples!!

"DAD" and greeting are popped up with foam tape & pads.

Happy Memories

Happy 20th Wedding Anniversary to my dear daughter and son in law

I used the lovely sketch from Cardabilities.  I think it is just right for this as it is not too fussy for a man's card.

I started with matt gold paper and stamped the floral branch, from an oriental set from Joanna Sheen and embossed with PM  Seafoam white EP to create the BG.
The white heart is painted with irridescent medium
- the banners handcut
- hessian/burlap ribbon from Linda's Funkie Junie Boutique
- gold cord bow.
