This week Ann's challenge is for you to show us your
either the card/project itself or on the card/project.
I was inspired by the handbag template in the current issue of my card making mag and this involved some folding I had not attempted before. This little gift bag has room inside to add a treat - chocolate would be a good idea, lol.
I've used the green from the Wood Grain Effect Pastels Collection as the base BP and two layers of the lovely daffodils from the pre-coloured collection which can be found here
Oh so easy to use when time is short - or as in my case I often use these because Ann has done such an excellent job with the colouring saving me the job, LOL.I added a strip of wide lace, and glittered the edges all round. The sentiment is layered on to gold mirri.
I made a small parchment butterfly embellishment and added a large satin bow with pearl button as the final touch.
I hope you will be able to join us for this challenge and look forward to seeing your
Fancy Folds.
The DT have done a wonderful job with theirs and you can pop over to Crafty Ann's and see them for yourself.
*Ooops, forgot to add that I'd like to enter this for the following challenges
CRAFT #99 - flowers
Ai Factory #77 - flowers in bloom
Penny's PCCB #51 - Easter
The Crafty Pad #117 - Easter
