CACB #36

**********

and this time we have a sketch/theme challenge
~ Spring is in the Air ~
......I like sketch challenges.....and I like spring....so a perfect challenge

Here is my interpretation of the sketch and theme.  For my birthday my daughter got some tools to start me off with parchment craft and as I was itching to practice I  have done something for the challenge.
I also had some gorgeous handmade cards.....thank you so much dear bloggy friends :-)

I used Ann's short petal flower and leaves as a template.....it reminds me of one of the hellebores just coming into flower in my garden.
I fixed it to a mat from the mottled stone collection 4 - this is layered on to some silver .mirri. The main BP is one of the funky collection 2.
The border on the other piece of parchment is an adaptation of a free border I found on the net. I am very pleased that some of Ann's digi's can be used for parchment craft.

Finished with a few stick on pearls.

I'd like to enter this for
Aly's Sunday Challenge  - Anything goes
The Pink Elephant #95 -  Spring time

Do pop over to the Crafty Ann's Challenge Blog and see the beautiful sketch/spring cards made by the DT.
It would be lovely if you can join us for this challenge.

 Thank you for stopping by
Cheers me dears

I adore the delicacy of this Irene, you've taken to parchment craft like a duck to water and I'll look forward to seeing what else you come up with.
